The Chargers are playing like they are planning to leave town.

The Chargers lost to a rather bad team, at least regarding offense. It was exciting only because of the scoreboard throughout, not for the play. It is hard to see how there will be a playoff appearance this year, barring a complete Raiders collapse. And although the prospects of public funds or other support for a new stadium should fail on its own lack of merit, a losing season will sink it even more.
