Phil Angelides' Twin

My wife, as many of you know, is in the Navy. She's stationed on the USS Nimitz. They were gone all last week doing whatever they do out there.
While waiting for her to come home the other night, I caught a rerun of "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit."
Here are two pictures. One is Richard Belzer, one of the costars of the "Law and Order: SVU." The other is Phil Angelides, the Democrat running against Ahnold.
 
Go on. Tell me they're not the same person. Just tell me.
