The campaigns surrounding Mayor Jerry Sanders' ballot measures heated up today, with both opponents and supporters releasing television commercials.

The Yes on B and C committee has produced an ad that features the mayor talking up his initiatives, Propositions B and C. You can view them on the campaign's website by clicking on the "video" portion on the left menu.

Proposition B would require voters to approve increases to city workers' pensions; Proposition C would allow private companies to compete with municipal workers to perform city services.

The city's firefighter union has posted also posted a commercial, this one against Proposition C. Find the link on Local 145's homepage to view the commercial.
