An outstanding depiction confirming that a picture is worth a thousand words.

Nice work. I suspect that alcohol ruins or diminishes as many lives, or more lives, than drugs do. Just as not everyone who was arrested is necessarily guilty, not everyone who wasn't arrested is necessarily innocent. And I do have reservations about the college inviting undercover investigators into the campus at a time when privacy is under attack and warrantless searches are being conducted by the federal government. Will Carless's report on President Stephen Weber notes: "SDSU is claiming most of the arrests came through routine operations not directly attributed to the investigation." I think it would be better if ALL the arrests were due to routine operations.

Ah, the classic low-budget newspaper cartoon overwhelmingly stereotyping fraternities. I was in a fraternity at Florida State University and the local low-budget, counter culture, free spirited newspaper had these cartoons all the time, depictions of fraternity life intended to portray all fraternity guys as mindless, alcohol and drug abusing, women raping deviants. Aren't stereotypes great. I guess since these days you can't draw cartoons stereotyping people of a certain race, religion or sex, us fraternity guys get all the exposure. Well guess what, there are 3000 students at SDSU in the greek system, im guessing that means roughly 1500 in fraternities. As of the latest report, 33 students were arrested (some of whom may not have been greek). That means after a year long federal investigation, 2% of SDSU fraternity members were arrested for drug offenses. In other words, your cartoon has stereoyped the other 98% of fraternity members atSDSU.

This is funny. Accurate and funny. I was in an SDSU fraternity from 1986 -1991. We drank our fair share of cheap beer and then some. Many students smoked pot (I never did). I don't think fraternity members smoke more or less than the overall student population. Now, the coke...These guys should be hung for that. Nothing good comes out of cocaine use. Don't forget the good things that fraternity members and houses do. I had to put in 50 hours per year of volunteer work, most students put in zero. We had fundraisers for charity, helped each other out in school, and yes...had fun partying.

Once again spot on,APL. More deaths attributed to alcohol and tobacco than ever linked to drugs and more often than not college is gateway venue to lifelong problems that we all eventually pay for. Perhaps testosterone should be considered a dangerous drug? Not all Student Associations are the same, however, and we need reminding of that fact. Haven't seen much on Sororities. Hmm?
