I received a quick update from David Cleveland this morning, who said he's got some good news.

Cleveland said he'll send us a full update later this evening, but shared this:

Good news overall though, we are in escrow!

We introduced you to Cleveland more than a month ago when he shared his initial perspective on navigating San Diego's housing market. Since then we've followed his search. We'll keep you posted with more details later today.
