A few readers have e-mailed me to ask for a copy of the San Diego Unified report that concludes that instructional programs are not consistently evaluated to see if they worked.

Looks like it disappeared. The report was available on the school district website last week and school board was originally supposed to review the report Tuesday, but the item was pulled from the meeting agenda by staff. I will post the actual report when it resurfaces.
