Graham Pleads No Contest

Former CCDC executive Nancy Graham pleaded no contest this morning to one count of failing to disclose economic interest in a case involving her participation in downtown development deals.

She agreed to pay a fine of $3,300 and to not seek elected office or act as a lobbyist for three years from the date of her sentencing.
