San Diego Explained: Ballot Measures Offer to Combat Homelessness

On this week’s San Diego Explained, Voice of San Diego’s Lisa Halverstadt and NBC 7’s Monica Dean sort out three potential ballot measures seeking to alleviate region’s growing homeless crisis.

Expect to see multiple efforts on San Diego’s November ballot aimed at homelessness.

Currently, there are three potential measures in the works. Two would raise taxes and another would bank on money already coming in.
